Meet Michele Crosby

Michele Crosby is the reason I am riding Bike MS NYC.  Michele lives in Brooklyn, NY.  She was diagnosed with MS over 15 years ago and had been in a wheel chair for more than 5 years.  Michele is always upbeat and inspiring those around her.  Although MS brings some negatives into her life, the postives Michele maintains are powerful.  She is active in her church and draws much of her strength from God.  Michele also draws much of her inspiration from her mother and father.  She has always been encouraged to try harder and do her best.  Michele studied at Howard University in Washington, DC. before moving to New York where she works at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.  When my wife and I met Michele in Hawaii in 2006, I promised her that I would find a way to come to New York and ride for MS so she could see me cross the FINISH and continue rolling towards a cure.  My promise to Michele is to keep ‘er rolling!
